On New Year’s Eve, families, friends, and neighbors gather in Nichols Park to sing songs and make wishes and luminarias for the New Year. Luminarias are paper lanterns made with tea candles in paper bags with sand at the bottom.
NPAC provides the materials. We place the luminarias in a large, community-created spiral, radiating out our wishes into the New Year.  

The sing-a-long will take place at 4:30 PM.

Volunteers are always appreciated for set-up, help with the lanterns, and clean-up.
